- I don’t practice with lighted nocks and mine shoot just fine. I did the float test on my arrows to find the stiff side of the arrow. I’m willing to bet if your bow is tuned there won’t be much difference between with/without lighted nock. To build more foc you will want to ditch the lighted nock. Those lighted nocks are hit or miss anyways.
